Many of our customers express the same concerns when shopping on the internet.  We have taken some of the most common questions and repeated them along with the answers below.  If you have a concern and cannot find the information you need, we encourage you to contact us.  We promise to answer your questions with a personal response in a timely manner.

Q: What information do you collect on me, and why?

A: When you visit our web site we will collect only very general information, like which pages you visit.  No personal information is collected at this time, only information that will help us improve our store.  Your privacy is completely protected at this point.  For a thorough explanation of this see our Privacy Policy.  When you decide to order products from us, we will have to have certain information from you.  We will, of course, need your name and address for shipping.  We will also request your e-mail address and phone number so we can confirm your order and keep you updated on it's progress.    This information is never shared, traded or sold.

Q: How do you handle billing?  Can I purchase without a credit card?

A: Preferred payment is done by major credit card or Pay Pal.  Payment through these means is handled by a merchant account.  This is a Secured outside company that handles the charging of your account and transfers the funds to us.  We do not see your private credit information.  If you are not comfortable with internet credit charges, arrangements can be made for you to send a check or money order in the mail to our office.  This will , naturally, be a much slower process since we will have to wait on the mail and wait for the funds to clear.  This process will add several days to the time required to get your products.  We will, however, be glad to arrange this if it gives you peace of mind.  Contact us to work out the details.

Q: What is your satifaction guarantee?  Can I return a product I am not happy with?

A: We will always do our best to insure your complete satisfaction.  If there is ever a problem with service or quality we want to know immediately.  Any merchandise that does not meet your expectations may be returned in the original packaging if unused.  If you order a wrong size, an exchange can be arranged.  For all of the details, see our Return Policies. 

Q: What is your freight policy?

A:  We are pleased to offer free freight on all offers totaling $100.00 or more.  We will ship your order by UPS Ground freight within the continental United States.  Orders from outside this area will be honored, but will incurr additional freight charges to the customer.  If you need your order faster, you will have to contact us to arrange the details.  See Shipping  Policy , or Contact us for further details.

Q: Do you offer group discounts, or special pricing for large orders?

A: We are pleased to offer a discount for large orders that are placed with us.  If you have a group that wants to put together a single order just do your shopping and put down all the details (sizes, colors, etc.).  Contact us, or e-mail us for a quote.  We will give you a line by line quote so you will know how much each item is discounted.  We can then give you a discount coupon to enter in on your online order to get your special pricing.  If your group is having a special ride, contact our Events page and register the ride.  A coupon code will be sent to the ride contact person.  That coupon can be used by any of the riders for a discount on their next order.
