Where A Little Bit of Money Buys You A Lot of Leather!Ever since the earliest motorcycles, there has been Motorcycle Leather. Motorcycle jackets are historically made of a stouter, more consistent type of leather than other leather jackets. As a result, they tend to hold up longer and it is not uncommon to find leather motorcycle jackets that are decades old and are still in usable condition. With proper care, quality motorcycle jackets can, and often do, outlast the riders that wear them.That could explain why there seems to be a mystical bond between motorcycles and leather. Most riders like leather jackets for the protection they give from the elements. Mix the wind with a few rain drops and a few bugs, and some of the fun and enjoyment seems to disappear. A lot of riders like the way they look in a motorcycle jacket, vest, and chaps. If you are going for protection, you might as well look as good as you can, and quality motorcycle leather can give you that look. Then there is the look and feel of the leather itself.
